AIBL PRIMA (AP) wants to pioneer a new era for construction, by ensuring first class project and commercial management as well as total digital transformation for the future of the metaverse and web3. AP wants to leave a lasting legacy by reducing our impact on the environment, doing business in a right and ethical way and investing in environmental and charitable initiatives.

AP will be a nimble business, able to adapt quickly to an ever changing and demanding world. A tiered approach to construction is a thing of the past and we will ensure a Principal Contractor management service with specialist capability.

Ben Mcnally

Operational & Commercial Managing Director

Prior to founding AIBL PRIMA, Ben has worked within the construction industry for the past 15 years, and most recently was the Operational and Commercial Director for one of the UK’s largest construction companies.

Ben has held a number of senior positions in both an operational and commercial capacity, he is a professional leader with a proven track record of building effective teams through inspiring vision and coaching.

Ben is a dynamic and astute individual, capable of providing the right results in all situations. Enthusiastic relationship builder, encouraging trust, loyalty and cooperation with peers, customers and suppliers alike.

Technically and commercially sound, Ben is able to deliver on time and within budget, ensuring project management best practices. Able to quickly identify the root cause of problems and efficiently bring them to a close.

Anthony Doran

Finance Director

Prior to Launching AIBL Prima Anthony worked across a multitude of sectors, predominantly B2B, to support firms in their drive to expand relationships and increase growth levels. More recently, Anthony has operated within the financial service sector, whilst holding director and FD roles in additional firms, where he has accumulated a wealth of experience across 12 years.

Anthony quickly rose through the ranks in one of his more recent roles being offered a director position within his first 12 months, doubling the firm's headcount and delivering a tangible ROI, reflected in a 1000% increase in turnover across 2 years.

During his time within the financial sector Anthony’s experience had extended across; Restructuring of firms, tailored route to market strategies and revenue growth. Anthony has built a reputation on scaling high performance financial organisations and business consultant firms across the north west.

Luke Averill

Development Director

Luke has extensive experience within the world of real estate, starting his earlier career working in labour intensive roles such as joinery and further to this, working in an apprentice role with a UK based electrical contractor.

Following completing his BA Hons at Nottingham university he joined a well established investment bank in London providing senior debt facilities for the construction sector, whilst also later in his career gaining experience delivering mortgages for an Australian bank.

Luke’s experience has led him to raising funds for construction projects within networks across Dubai, South Korea, Hong Kong and the Philippines. He has delivered affordable housing for a national housing association through his own development company from planning to build. Over the last few years he has established a Tax business representing 150 developers contractors across the UK. His passion lies fully in the property sector having studied and experienced all aspects.

He is committed to delivering quality, sustainability and forward thinking ideas to keep moving the sector forward into an exciting future.
